All AGCRA items are made to order. Please allow 7-10 business days for production plus shipping. Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.
Most items are completed prior to this timeframe but this time allows up to manage expectations when orders. Your items may arrive sooner than expected.
Our designs include the Lone Star Chapter logo as well as select AG or chapter-specific logos. Don’t see your chapter logo? Contact us to add it!

Custom items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
**All AGCRA items are considered Custom Items.
If engraving a custom message on your product please check your spelling twice, the items will be engraved EXACTLY as we receive the information.
**No refunds will be given for issues with spelling if the item was ordered with the error.
